INSTRUCTOR: Roger Fuller

Roger Fuller currently serves the County of Sacramento as a Supervising Building Inspector for Plumbing and Mechanical Inspections. His 34+ years of experience include 11 years as a HVAC installer and estimator, 11 years as a HVAC contractor and 12+ years as an inspector/plan reviewer. He holds a wide variety of certifications including Certified Building Official.

Roger has been active in Sacramento Valley IAPMO chapter for many years and has served as the recording secretary. He has been an instructor for California Building Officials and Sacramento Valley Area Building Official chapter for 7 years. He is the training inspector for his jurisdiction for residential construction including Building and Energy Codes.  His interest is in coordinating the provisions of all codes so they are enforceable and consistent. His contracting experience is infused in his teaching style to make his classes both interesting and applicable.
